DRY Coolers

Dry Coolers are designed for medium and large capacity process cooling and air conditioning systems. The capacity range of the products is 122- 660 Kw. Standard catalog capacity calculations are based on EN 1048 and the relevant Eurovent standard. Correction factors given for the calculation of capacity values in different conditions should be used. High efficiency Heat exchanger batteries, which are produced with aluminum wing and copper pipe as standard, are designed using special computer program. The wing height of the dry coolers is 2.5 mm.

Depending on the working medium, epoxy coated aluminum wings, all epoxy coated batteries, copper wings, etc. different material options available. Optional use of grooved material is possible in the tubes. The collectors are made of steel material, with venting valve and discharge plugs on them. Optimum design of the circuit is also provided; water and water / glycol mixture at different ratios. In dry coolers, fans with high energy efficiency and low sound level are used. Fans in one row at most 1x5; in double rows with 2x5 rows. Fan motor protection IP 54, insulation class F. Electrostatic powder coated galvanized steel sheet is used in unit construction. The standard color is RAL 7032. It is possible to use different colors on request.

In dry coolers, the unit can be manufactured in the form of Vertical, Horizontal, V and W Type depending on the position. Fan speed control systems, Electric panel, EC fans, measuring devices, intervention caps, on / off switches, vibration dampers, etc. systems and equipments are other accessory alternatives.

Precaution against frost risk should be taken during winter months. To prevent frost, glycol-water mixture (salted water) must be used. All materials used have high qualities and life expectancy. If the designed products are operated in accordance with the maintenance instructions, their industrial life is long. No service is required.
